If you find that a particular website fulfils all your demand then only you should finalize that website. You should also check that the rate of advertisement is not too high. If that is the case then you will have to decide by taking all the issues in to consideration.

2. Postcards
You can also take the help of the postcards. Post cards are really very helpful and also very cheap. You can prepare the postcards of your choice and then use it for the advertisement purpose.

3. Apart from postcards you can also go for the newspapers
Newspapers are always helpful if you want advertise. I do feel that you will definitely find newspaper to be one of the cheapest medium for advertisement. You will definitely find a very good response as well.

4. MLS listing
It would be great if you can get your home in the MLS listing some how. If you are able to do this then you will definitely be able to earn lots of buyers for your house.

Finding a potential buyer is not so easy and I do feel that you will definitely find it to be of great benefit if you are seriously willing to sell your house. I do feel that you will end up selling the house or at much higher price and on your own if you follow the above path. Marketing is really a tough job and you will have to take it seriously. If you will not take it seriously then it is quiet sure that you will end up on loosing side.
