I must say that you should really agree that the only thing which you can do is that you will have to make sure that you do not put any wrong step forward. Make sure that you correctly decide what the cost of your house should be. If you will decide it correctly then I must say that even the buyer agent will have no problem with the cost being set by you. I must say that the buyer’s agent too does not want to fool you. He really wants that both the party agrees with the exact cost of the house. He really wants to make sure that the deal ends up in peace.
